COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The Covid-19 or Coronavirus has been declared by the World Health Organisation as a pandemic and we at Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Bank are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our customers, staff and members of the public. We are taking all steps necessary to minimise exposure and the spreading of the virus while still ensuring that your customer service needs are met.

In the meantime, while our offices are open, we encourage you to ensure that proper social distancing is observed to safeguard you and your loved ones from the risk of infection. Contact us via telephone at (868) 623-8863 or use our website live chat feature at www.ttmortgagebank.com.

Pre-qualifications and queries can be done over the phone and, where it is necessary to submit documents, these can be scanned and emailed to your officer with a copy to [email protected]. If it is necessary for you to visit our office, please use the hand sanitisers upon entry. Rest assured that our premises are regularly sanitised for everyone’s protection.

We take this opportunity to remind you to take the precautionary measures outlined by the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Ministry of Health and other related agencies for protecting yourself and your family against the spread of COVID-19.

We will continue to follow the recommendations and directives issued by the Ministry of Health and other relevant authorities. Any further actions that are to be undertaken will be done in the shortest possible time. Our Business Continuity Plan is in place to ensure our preparedness for any eventuality.

We ask that we all be vigilant at this time and let us observe the adage that we are each other’s keepers.
