Book a Pre-qualification Appointment
Pre-qualification is your first step towards accessing financing.
Any future mortgage appointments require a pre-qualification certificate issued in the last 6 months.
Book a Mortgage Appointment
A Pre-qualification Certificate is required to proceed with a mortgage appointment. If you have not yet pre-qualified OR if your pre-qualification certificate has expired, please Pre-qualify first. A Pre-qualification Certificate expires 6 months after its date of issue.
Book a Collections Appointment
If your account is in arrears, or if there has been an adverse change in your financial situation you can arrange to meet with a Collections Officer at our Port of Spain branch to discuss your options.
Manage Payments
Direct Debit
Avoid in-person payments. Authorise TTMB to debit your bank account monthly to pay your mortgage electronically and automatically.
Other Payment Methods
Pay your instalments via online banking, or at any branch of Republic Bank. Ensure you submit a Proof of Payment for every mortgage instalment made.

Submit a Proof of Payment for every mortgage instalment made.
Paylink Authorisation
This form will allow us to process any payments due to you directly to your bank account.

Step 2: Make Payment, if necessary
Ensure prompt processing by paying any necessary fees via Online Banking or opt to charge the fees directly to your TTMB Account.
You can make payments via online banking or visit any branch of Republic Bank, using the following banking information:

Alternatively, indicate in your request to charge the fees to your mortgage account.
Step 3: Complete the 'Request for Document' Form
Select the type of document you need and complete the ‘Request for Document’ form. Ensure to upload your cyber receipt, a photo, or screenshot of your receipt as Proof of Payment for documents that require a fee.
Step 4: Receive Your Document
Your requested document will be promptly emailed to you within the specified timeframe.
