How to Request a Document

Step 1: Explore Our Services

Step 2: Make Payment, if necessary

Ensure prompt processing by paying any necessary fees via Online Banking or opt to charge the fees directly to your TTMB Account.

You can make payments via online banking or visit any branch of Republic Bank, using the following banking information:

Alternatively, indicate in your request to charge the fees to your mortgage account.

Step 3: Complete the 'Request for Document' Form

Select the type of document you need and complete the ‘Request for Document’ form. Ensure to upload your cyber receipt, a photo, or screenshot of your receipt as Proof of Payment for documents that require a fee.

Step 4: Receive Your Document

Your requested document will be promptly emailed to you within the specified timeframe.

Amortization Schedule A complete table of periodic loan payments, showing the amount of principal and the amount of interest that comprise each payment until the loan is paid off at the end of its term. First issue free; subsequent $35.00 2 working days
Detailed Payment History (1-5yrs) A record of payments made to your account over a five (5) year period. $50.00 2 working days
Detailed Payment History (6-10yrs) A record of payments made to your account over a ten (10) year period. $100.00 2 working days
Instalment (Paid) Summary Statement A tally of payments received annually. 2 working days
Deed or Certificate of Title (Title Document) Deed or Certificate of Title. Required by the Commissioner of Valuations to complete a Property Tax Valuation Return. 10 working days

Confirmation of Mortgage Interest Paid Letter A tally of interest received annually and can be used for the purpose of filing taxes as per the guidelines outlined by the Inland Revenue Division. First 5 years free. Subsequent $35.00 2 working days
First Time Homeowners Letter Provides details of your mortgaged facility such as loan amount, the date loan was acquired, the property address and confirmation that you are a first time homeowner. This letter is used for the purpose of filing taxes as per the guidelines outlined by the Inland Revenue Division. 2 working days
Insurance Cancellation Instructions to the insurance provider to cancel your Fire Hazard Insurance. 2 working days
Integrity Commission Letter Provides details of your mortgaged facility such as the loan date, loan amount, term, interest rate, loan balance and a summary of payments remitted. $50.00 2 working days
Land and Building Taxes Paid Letter to BIR Provides confirmation of payment to the District Revenue Office. 2 working days
Letter indicating my account is up to date Confirms that there are no outstanding monthly payments due on your account. $35.00 2 working days
Non-indebtedness Letter Indicates that there are no active facilities held with TTMF. $35.00 2 working days
Principal Balance Letter Indicates the current principal balance to be repaid. 2 working days
Rates and Taxes Paid Letter Provides payment confirmation for applicable charges remitted to the relevant authorities including WASA, Land & Building, Lease Rent, Maintenance, and Insurance. 2 working days
Redemption Letter Indicates a breakdown of the amount required to liquidate your facility and is only valid until the 30th of the month.  $50.00 10 working days
Start Salary Deductions, Letter for Employer Authorisation letter requesting that payments be deducted from your salary and remitted to TTMB. 2 working days
Subsidy Letter Provides details of your mortgaged facility such as the loan date, loan amount, term, interest rate, amortised instalment, aggregate instalment and the projected interest. $35.00 2 working days
Visa Letter Provides the relevant embassy with details of your mortgaged facility such as property address and principal balance owing. $35.00 2 working days

Insurance Information / Receipt Provides payment confirmation for applicable charges remitted to the relevant authority. 2 working days
Land and Building Receipt Provides payment confirmation for applicable charges remitted to the relevant authority. 2 working days
Maintenance Payment / Receipt Provides payment confirmation for applicable charges remitted to the relevant authority. 2 working days
WASA Bill / Receipt Provides payment confirmation for applicable charges remitted to the relevant authority. 2 working days
