If you received your 2024 Notice of Assessment which indicates the amount payable, please visit our Online Customer Service Centre to upload your document before midnight on September 7, 2024. Alternatively, it can be hand delivered to any of our branch offices by the end of business on September 7, 2024.

For website upload, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Scan or take a photo of your Notice of Assessment or payment receipt, along with a utility bill (no older than 3 months).
  2. Click the Customer Service/Property Tax tab (Property Tax Records Form – Trinidad & Tobago Mortgage Bank (ttmortgagebank.com) to complete the form and upload your documents.
  3. Ensure the upload is completed by midnight on September 7, 2024.

Notices of Assessment will not be accepted by any other source.

Payment will be made from your existing Land & Building Tax account. We will send you a letter with a reconciliation of your account, along with advice of your new installment, to include future Property Tax payments.

If we do not receive your Notice of Assessment for 2024 by September 7, 2024, you will be responsible for making the payment directly to the Inland Revenue Division or District Revenue office. On completion, please forward a copy of the payment receipt along with your Notice of Assessment and a copy of a recent utility bill to any of our branches or via our Online Customer Service Centre PropertyTax Records Form – Trinidad & Tobago Mortgage Bank (ttmortgagebank.com). To avoid the application of any penalties and interest, ensure that your payment is made on or before September 30, 2024.
