Jennifer Lutchman

Jennifer Lutchman spent over 30 years at the Auditor General’s Department, where she was involved in the planning, execution and review of financial audits of Statutory Boards and similar bodies as well as conducting Value for Money audits.

She now holds the position of Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance with oversight of the Compliance and Audit functions within the Ministry, including oversight of the Central Audit Committee. She is also involved in Public Financial Management Reform, as Chairman of the Steering Committee, with specific oversight of the implementation of an Integrated Financial Management Information System and Internal Audit Reform.

Ms. Lutchman was trained by the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) as a Quality Assurance Reviewer and International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI) Facilitator. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and earned her MBA degree from the Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom. She is also a director on the Boards of Home Mortgage Bank, Taurus Services Limited, Trinidad Generation Unlimited and the National Investment Fund Holding Company Limited.
