Jessell is Senior Human Resource professional with over seventeen (17) years of diverse human resource generalist experience that spans both unionised and non-unionised organisations across various dynamic sectors. Jessell is the holder of a Masters in Human Resource from The Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich and attained several certifications including CaribDE certification. She is a part-time Lecturer with areas of deep competence in strategic human resource management, organisational development, talent management and business communication.
