Kamilah has a BSc. in Computing Software Systems and an International Masters in Business Administration from The Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Kamilah has worked in Customer Service for 19 years within the telecommunications industry for two major local service providers. She joined TTMF in March 2017 to support the implementation of the Contact Centre which is geared towards improving the delivery of service to the customer.
