In order to submit a bid, the following information should be readily available for upload:
- Evidence of a down-payment
- Valid, national identification for each customer

- Properties are sold as is and will be subject to rates, taxes and other charges, which may be outstanding at the time of sale.
- All Bids must be submitted via our Bid Submission Form, below.
- Please note that unacceptable Bids will not be acknowledged.
