Submit your Property Tax Receipts

You will need to make a payment directly to the Inland Revenue Division or District Revenue office by November 29, 2024 and provide a copy of the receipt to TTMB using the form below.

Payment can be made at Inland Revenue Division, IRD Tower, 2-4 Ajax Street, POS or any Regional or District Revenue office.

After completing your payment, you must then submit your Notice of Assessment, recent utility bill (no older than 3 months) and a receipt of your property tax payment to TTMB using the form below.

Complete a new form for every property/unit that you own.

To avoid penalties and interest, please ensure your payment is made on or before November 29, 2024.

Payments for your 2024 Property Tax will be made from your existing Land & Building Tax account. We will send you a letter with a reconciliation of your account and advice on your new installment, which will include future Property Tax payments.

Please visit any office of the Valuation Division to obtain your Notice of Valuation and receive guidance on acquiring the Notice of Assessment.

Once you have submitted your Notice of Assessment, we will provide you with a letter containing a reconciliation of your account along with advice on your new installment, which will include future Property Tax payments.
