The Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Bank Limited (TTMB) and the Trinidad and Tobago National Nursing Association (TTNNA) are proud to announce a landmark partnership that will open new doors – literally and figuratively – for nurses across the nation.
In a signing ceremony held today at TTMB’s Head Office, the two organizations formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will provide TTNNA members with tailored mortgage solutions, investment opportunities, and financial literacy programs designed to build long-term stability and generational wealth.
“This partnership is more than a financial agreement – it is a tribute to the heart and service of our nation’s nurses,” said Brent Mc Fee, Acting Chief Executive Officer of TTMB. “We are honoured to support those who care for our communities by helping them secure homes, plan for the future, and thrive financially.”
Under the MoU, TTMB will offer:
- Preferential mortgage packages for eligible TTNNA members
- Dedicated liaison support to guide applicants through the process
- Educational workshops on homeownership and financial planning
- Access to investment products aligned with members’ goals
- Project financing for housing developments and special initiatives
TTNNA President Stuart echoed the sentiment: “Our nurses give so much of themselves every day. This partnership ensures they are not only cared for – but empowered. We thank TTMB for recognizing the value of our members and investing in their futures.”
The collaboration reflects TTMB’s ongoing commitment to national development, financial inclusion, and service excellence. It also aligns with TTNNA’s mission to uplift and advocate for its members through strategic partnerships and meaningful support.
Together, TTMB and TTNNA are building more than homes – they are building hope, security, and a stronger Trinidad and Tobago.
