The Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Bank (TTMB) has strengthened its national partnership portfolio with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago (LATT). This strategic collaboration underscores TTMB’s commitment to empowering professional groups and supporting national development through accessible financial solutions and home‑ownership opportunities.
Representing LATT at the signing ceremony was Mr. Frederick Gilkes, Vice President of the Association, who served as the official signatory. TTMB was represented by Mr. Brent Mc Fee, Chief Executive Officer (Ag), who delivered remarks highlighting the importance of the partnership and TTMB’s ongoing mission to support the financial resilience of citizens across Trinidad and Tobago.
LATT, with a membership of more than 30,000 legal professionals, plays a critical role in upholding the Constitution and the rule of law. Mr. Mc Fee noted that the MOU aligns with TTMB’s broader strategy of collaborating with key professional bodies to expand access to financial literacy, mortgage financing, and investment opportunities.
